Along life's rich and varied path, walk the seekers
There will be sunshine cloudy days and rain
Roses and thorns, laughter and pain
And across the many miles
You will face mountains so steep
Deserts so long and valleys so deep
Perhaps you may want to weep
Sometimes the journey's gentle
Sometimes it's not
Sometimes the cold winds blow
Sometimes it's hot
But I want you to remember
I want you to know
You will never, never walk alone
As long as you have faith
God will be right beside you all the way
You may feel you're far from home
But home is where He is
And He'll be there down every road and every path you'll tread
You will truly never walk alone
The path will wind, and sometimes be narrow
And you will find wonders and fears
Labours of love and a few falling tears
Across the years
There will be some twists and many turns
Mistakes to make and many lessons to learn
Your Creator knows your joy
The Christ knows your needs
And the Holly Spirit will go the distance
